During the 2008 season, the Eagles partnered with JD Power and Associates to conduct the Eagles "Voice of the Fan" survey. The 70-question comprehensive questionnaire was sent via email to a sampling of season ticketholders following two separate Eagles games.

The survey covered various aspects of the game day experience, including arrival and departure at the stadium, staff interaction and availability, food and beverage, fan behavior and merchandise.

We are especially appreciative of the overwhelming participation of our season ticketholders. Each response will help to improve the game day experience at Lincoln Financial Field. To show our thanks, 10 survey participants were randomly selected as winners of various prizes, including an autographed mini-helmet, pre-game field passes or a parking pass for the 2009 season.
