We welcome you to Lincoln Financial Field and invite you to enjoy one of the premiere sports and entertainment venues in America. We have made it a top priority to accommodate the needs of our Guests with disabilities. It is our belief that the needs of our Guests with disabilities should simply be an extension of the same courtesies that we tender to all Guests and employees.
We take pride in serving all of our Guests and hope you will enjoy your visit.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES (ALDs)
Lincoln Financial Field has been equipped with a highly advanced Assistive Listening System. ALDs are available at no charge at all Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. A driver's license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Arrangements to use an ALD can be made in advance by contacting the Guest Services Hotline at (VOICE: 267.570.4400. RELAY: 711).
BRAILLE MENUS
Menus are available in Braille at any Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226.

The Guide for Guests with disabilities in Braille is available at all Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226.
CAPTIONING
As a service to our Guests who are deaf and/or hearing impaired, mobile text pagers are available at all Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. The text pagers receive and display locally-transmitted event captioning information. Arrangements to use a text pager can be made in advance by contacting the Guest Services Hotline at (VOICE: 267.570.4400. RELAY: 711).

CONCESSIONS
All concession stands at Lincoln Financial Field are accessible to Guests with disabilities. Again, Braille menus are available upon request at each concession stand and at all Guest Services Centers.
ELEVATORS
All elevators at Lincoln Financial Field are available to Guests with disabilities. Elevators are located at the following sections: HeadHouse Atrium, East Club & Suites Entrance (East side of the stadium) and Mercedes-Benz Club & Suites Entrance (West side of the stadium). The service/freight elevators (East, West and Southwest sides of the stadium) are also available if needed.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES
The staff at Lincoln Financial Field has been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated employees have the primary duty of assisting Guests with disabilities to safe locations.
GUEST SERVICES CENTERS
There are four (4) Guest Services Centers at Lincoln Financial Field. They are located at Sections 121, 135, 208 and 2228 to assist Guests with lost and found, lost children, stadium directions, emergencies, general information and accomodations for Guests with disabilities. The centers are staffed with knowledgeable attendants who will assist Guests needing information.
INTERPRETIVE SERVICES
Guests requiring interpretive services for concerts and other events should contact Guest Services at Voice: 267.570.4350 Relay: 711 at least three weeks prior to the event.

PARKING
These parking stalls are very close to the gate and available on a first come first served basis. These additional stalls are regular parking spaces (not wheelchair ramp accessible).
PAYPHONES
Accessible telephones are located at the following locations: Main Concourse - Sections 121 and 137. A public TDD phone is located on the Main Concourse at Section 137.
POWER-ASSISTED DOOR
Lincoln Financial Field is equipped with five (5) power assisted doors at the following locations: HeadHouse Entrance (North side of stadium). East Club & Suite Entrance (East side of the stadium) and the Mercedes-Benz Club & Suite Entrance (West side of stadium).
RESTROOMS
There are accessible public rest rooms (e.g. men, women and family) conveniently located throughout the stadium. Every restroom is equipped with accessible baby changing tables. See map for locations.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals or those in training for Guests with disabilities are allowed in Lincoln Financial Field. All other animals are prohibited. Please see a Guest Services representative if any accomendations are required.
SMOKING
In an effort to accomodate all Guests, smoking is allowed only in the following areas of the stadium: ramps, designated stairwells and the HeadHouse Plaza. Smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl, concession lines, concourses and restrooms.
TICKETS
The Lincoln Financial Field Ticket Office is located in the HeadHouse at the North side of the stadiumk. Ticket office hours are M-F 9AM to 5PM. TOURS
Private tours of Lincoln Financial Field are available. Guests should stop by any Guest Services Center during an event, visit LincolnFinancialField.com or call (VOICE: 267.570.4510 RELAY: 711) for more information. WHEELCHAIR & COMPANION SEATING
Lincoln Financial Field provides wheelchair & companion seating with enhanced sightlines on all levels. Be advised that Lincoln Financial Field personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
WHEELCHAIR DISPATCH
Guests who are disabled can be transported via wheelchair from the gates to their seating area. Guests must supply their own wheelchair if needed for the duration of the game. Upon arrival, Guests may arrange for a wheelchair with a Gate Supervisor at any entrance of Lincoln Financial Field. Guests needing assistance after the game should contact a Guest Services team member or visit one of the Guest Services centers. Guests will then receive transporation back to the gate.
