ADA/Accessibility
The Eagles have made it top priority to accommodate the needs of our Guests with disabilities. We welcome members of our disabled community to Lincoln Financial Field, which is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Lincoln Financial Field is designed with accessible parking, accessible vehicle drop off areas, power assisted doors, restrooms, concessions, water fountains, ATMs, seating areas, Assistive Listening Devices, a TDD phone, closed captioning text pagers, as well as Braille guides and menus for all concessions. Please refer to the Guide for Guests with Disabilities for more detailed information, copies of which are available at Guest Services Centers (located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226), online at LincolnFinancialField.com or by calling the Guest Services Hotline at (267) 570-4400 (VOICE: 267.570.4400. ADA Ticket Fraud
Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or ejection.

Alcohol Policy
Lincoln Financial Field, Aramark, Levy Restaurants and Contemporary Services Corporation work hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Our alcohol policies are listed below.
  • All Guests purchasing alcohol, who appear to be less than 30 years old, must present a valid ID.
  • No alcohol will be sold to Guests who appear intoxicated.
  • There will be a two (2) beer limit, per transaction, at concession stands and portable concessions.
  • There will be a one (1) beer limit, per person, by a roving vendor.
  • Alcohol sales will terminate at the beginning of the third quarter.
  • Management reserves the right to cut off alcohol sales at its discretion.
  • Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any Guest.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the Guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked.
Animals
Animals are not permitted in Lincoln Financial Field with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.

(ATM's) Sovereign Bank Automated Teller Machines
There are nine (9) Sovereign Bank ATMs available at the following locations:

HeadHouse Atrium
Main Concourse - Sections 106, 113, 122, 136
Club Level - Behind Sections C6, C27
Upper Concourse - Sections 226, 242

Bag Search
Lincoln Financial Field prohibits bags larger than 12" x 12" x 12" from being brought into the stadium. All bags are subject to search upon entry and are subject to additional searches within the stadium. This policy is in effect for all Guests of Lincoln Financial Field.

Banners and Signs
Signs must be handheld, event-related, in good taste and cannot obstruct another Guests view. They may not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements and may not be hung on the stadium structure. Signs on poles or sticks, constructed of wood or metal material, are also not permitted. Management reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of stadium policy.

Bottles and Cans
Bottles, cans or beverage containers of any kind are not allowed into Lincoln Financial Field. A search will be conducted at the gates to prevent these and other prohibited items from entering the stadium. Please refer to Prohibited Items and Behavior for more information. Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.

Bud Zone Bar
The Bud Zone Bar is located on the concourse behind Section 108 in the Chrysler-Jeep quadrant at Lincoln Financial Field. It features televisions and ice cold beverages from the Anheuser-Busch family of brands. The Bud Zone Bar is the perfect place to visit during the game. Adults under the age of 30 must show proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages

Cameras
Cameras (still only) are permitted inside Lincoln Financial Field as long as their use does not interfere with the game or other Guests' enjoyment of the game. Video cameras and video recording of events at Lincoln Financial Field is prohibited.

Cell Phones
Cellular phones are allowed in the stadium as long as their use does not interfere with other Guests enjoyment of the game.

Cheerleader and SWOOP Appearances
Guests have the opportunity to book Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders and SWOOP for appearances at a company party, grand opening, or other corporate functions. If you are interested in having our Cheerleaders mingle with your Guests, please call (215) 463-2500 for more information on how to submit a request. For SWOOP appearances, please call (215) 463-2500 for more information on how to submit a request.

Children's Ticket Policy
Children two (2) years of age and under do not need a ticket to enter Lincoln Financial Field. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other Guests. All children who have reached their third birthday must have a ticket for admission and sit in their own seat. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.

Club Lounges
All Presidents Club, Touchdown Club, Suite Guests and Club Seatholders are invited to visit the two (2) exclusive Club Lounges during events at Lincoln Financial Field. The two 40,000 square-foot Club Lounges are located on the Club levels of the east and west sidelines. These spacious Lounges have full-service bars, concession stands and merchandise shops. Club Seats
There are 8, 740 Club Seats at Lincoln Financial Field. Club Seatholders have access to the Club Lounges two (2) hours prior to the start of Eagles games, and no less than one (1) hour prior to the start of other events. They also have access to the Club Lounges for one (1) hour following the conclusion of every event. Code Of Conduct
Lincoln Financial Field Management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our Guests. Our staff will proactively support an environment free from the following behaviors:
  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Sitting in a location other than the Guests ticketed seat
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Any disruption to the progress of the event by Guests actions
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the Guest being ejected, arrested by police, or having his/her tickets revoked. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their Guests and/or persons using their tickets.

Guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to a nearby Usher or Event Security by calling the In-Stadium hotline at (267) 570-4444

Compliments, Complaints and Comments
Guests with a compliment, complaint or comment may express it, in person, at one of the Guest Services Center locations in Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Written feedback may be directed to fanfeedback@lincolnfinancialfield.com or by calling the Guest Services Hotline at (267) 570-4400.

Concessions
Aramark is the concessionaire for Lincoln Financial Field. For your convenience, all concession stands at Lincoln Financial Field accept MasterCard, MasterCard PayPass, Visa and American Express.

Designated Driver Program
As part of Lincoln Financial Fields commitment to public safety, Guests can receive a Designated Driver wristband and coupon for a free soft drink by registering as a Designated Driver at one of the Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226.

Eagles Youth Partnership
Founded in 1995, Eagles Youth Partnership (EYP) is the charitable wing of the Philadelphia Eagles. Tackling childrens health and education issues, EYP teams the Eagles organization and its players with corporate and community partners to deliver services, grants, incentives and messages to children that positively influence their lives. The signature programs of EYP are the Eagles Eye Mobile and Eagles Book Mobile, which provide free eye exams, eyeglasses, storybook readings and books for underprivileged children in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Every August, Eagles Youth Partnership and the Philadelphia Eagles host the Annual Eagles Carnival & Auction at Lincoln Financial Field. Eagles Youth Partnership's Mission
To enhance opportunities and improve the quality of life for children and youth in the Greater Philadelphia region through health and education partnerships.

Eagles Kids Club
Kids age 14 and under have the chance to become a member of the Eagles Kids Club, the largest kids club in the NFL! Eagles Kids Club members receive monthly opportunities to enter contests, win prizes and participate in once-in-a-lifetime events at Lincoln Financial Field. Elevators
Lincoln Financial Field is equipped with elevators at the following locations:
  • SCA Club & Suites Entrance.
  • Chrysler Premier Club and Suites Entrance.
  • HeadHouse Lobby.
Elevators are for the use of Club and Suite Guests and Guests with disabilities.

Emergencies
Should you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member, security personnel, police officer or visit a Guest Services Center located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Guests are also encouraged to call our In-Stadium Hotline number at (267) 570-4444 for assistance.

In the event of a serious emergency at Lincoln Financial Field, all event staff, event security, police and Philadelphia emergency response agencies are ready and available to assist all Guests, including Guests with disabilities. Pertinent information regarding the emergency situation and evacuation procedures will be provided over the public address system and on stadium televisions and scoreboards.

Entrances
There are six (6) Guest entrances to Lincoln Financial Field. These locations are as follows:
  • Pepsi Gate: Northeast corner of the stadium
  • Chrysler-Jeep Gate: Northwest corner of the stadium
  • West Gate: West side of the stadium
  • South Gate: South corner of the stadium
  • SCA Club & Suites Entrance: Suiteholders, Club Seatholders, and Guests with disabilities only
  • Chrysler Premier Club & Suites Entrance: Suiteholders, Club Seatholders, and Guests with disabilities only
  • HeadHouse Plaza VIP Entrance: 11th Street entrance to the stadium. Red Zone and Touchdown Club only.
Escalators
Escalators are located at the following locations: HeadHouse, East, Northeast, Northwest, and West sides of the stadium; more specifically behind Sections 125, 128, 135, 227, 235 and 241.

Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are designed for the use of Guests with small children and Guests with disabilities. These restrooms are located on the concourse behind Sections 106, 119, 207, 213, 224, 231 and 240. All family restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing tables.

Family Section (Alcohol-Free)
The alcohol-free family section is located at Section 217. This section was created to give families the option to enjoy the event in an alcohol-free environment.

The Eagles Organization cannot assume responsibility for lost or misdirected articles. Due to a large volume of requests, the Eagles do not accept items to be signed by players or take responsibility for the return of personal items.

First Aid
There are five (5) First Aid locations at the stadium where medical treatment is available:

HeadHouse - HeadHouse Lobby Security Post adjacent to the Ticket Office.
Main Concourse - Behind Sections 114 and 136.
Upper Concourse - Behind Sections 217, 233 and 242

Emergency Medical Technicians with Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are also positioned throughout the stadium and are ready to respond to emergencies.

Guests needing medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member. Guests needing assistance may also call the in-stadium hotline at (267) 570-4444.

Gate Opening Times
The HeadHouse Plaza, located at the North end of the stadium, will generally open three (3) hours prior to Eagles games. Club and Suites will typically open two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start of the game. Inner stadium gates will open an hour and a half (1 ) prior. Go Green!
The Philadelphia Eagles are committed to improving the environment we already wear green, think green and bleed green. Now its time to GO GREEN! Recycling and clean green power initiatives have been launched at the teams offices within the NovaCare Complex as well as Lincoln Financial Field. Please make sure to recycle all plastic bottles in the appropriate, Go Green! receptacles located throughout the concourses. When you go to Lincoln Financial Field, GO GREEN! RECYCLE!!!

GuestAssist Text messaging system

During games at Lincoln Financial Field, guests having issues can text 78247 the word assist followed by their issue and location. Stadium personnel will respond. The keyword assist must be followed by a space and then the message from the guest (the issue and location).

Guest Services Centers
There are four (4) Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Guest Services Centers assist Guests with lost and found, lost children, stadium directions, emergencies, general information and accommodations for Guests with disabilities such as Braille guides, text pagers and assistive listening devices. These centers are staffed with knowledgeable attendants ready to assist Guests needing information.

HeadHouse
While Lincoln Financial Field is a bold testament to the Eagles present and future; we have not forgotten the past. As you enter the Lincoln Financial Field HeadHouse, youll be engulfed by memories of Eagles seasons past. Included in our visual presentation is a franchise timeline, featuring some of the Eagles defining moments. The HeadHouse is one of the signature design elements of Lincoln Financial Field; built in tribute to the old railroad stations in Pennsylvania. This stand-alone building on the North side of the Stadium is open all year round and contains the Eagles Ticket Office, the Eagles Pro Shop and the ten (10) Red Zone Suites.

HeadHouse Plaza
A Guests trip to Lincoln Financial Field whether it be to an Eagles game or any other special event will not be complete without a stop at the HeadHouse Plaza. A destination point all by itself, the HeadHouse Plaza is located just inside the gates at the North end of Lincoln Financial Field. The 100,000 square foot plaza features a giant video screen, entertainment, food and beverages, a team store, the Miller Lite Tailgate Zone, Touchdown Club and the Sovereign Bank Interactive Zone featuring an array of games and entertainment options for kids and adults alike.

Housekeeping
As our mission statement reads, Lincoln Financial Field strives to present our Guests with a safe, clean and friendly environment at all times during your visit. If you see or experience a housekeeping problem or maintenance concern, please notify your nearest event staff member or visit a Guest Services Center located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Guests may also call our in-stadium hotline at (267) 570-4444 to report an issue. A member of Lincoln Financial Field staff will be immediately dispatched to the location to remedy the situation. If you would like to voice a concern, post-game, please contact the Guest Services Hotline at (267) 570-4400.

Lost And Found
All Guests looking to claim or report lost items during an event should visit one of the Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the Lost and Found hotline at (267) 570-4094 or via email to lostandfound@LincolnFinancialField.com. Items lost at prior games are held in a locked storage area for 30 days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Lincoln Financial Field cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Lost Children And Guests
Lost children and Guests should be taken to one of the Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Parents looking for a lost child should check with the nearest event staff member or Guest Services Center for assistance. For safety reasons, Lincoln Financial Field is unable to make stadium-wide announcements for lost children or Guests

MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving)
Lincoln Financial Field and the Philadelphia Eagles have teamed up with MADD to promote Guest safety. For more information on MADD services, visit the MADD booth located on the concourse behind Section 120.

MasterCard PayPass
MasterCard PayPass allows Guests with credit cards containing RFID embedded chips convenient and fast payment options at concession lines. To use MasterCard PayPass, simply tap the card on the reader in front of each register. MasterCard PayPass cannot be used at Eagles Merchandise locations. All Eagles Extra Points credit cards are paypass-enabled. For more information on MasterCard PayPass technology, log onto www.lincolnfinancialfield.com/paypass. For more information on the Eagles Extra Points card, log onto EaglesExtraPoints.com.

Media Entrance
The entrance for the media is located on the west side of the stadium just south of the West Gate. Only members of the media with proper credentials may use this entrance. Upon entering, bags will be inspected and tagged accordingly.

Merchandise
There are eighteen (18) merchandise stands located throughout the stadium. For your convenience, all points of sale accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. The Eagles Pro Shop in the HeadHouse Plaza is open seven (7) days a week during the season. The daily operating hours are: Monday Saturday 10:00am 5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am 4:00pm. Miller Lite Tailgate Zone
The Miller Lite Tailgate Zone is located in the HeadHouse Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field. This area is open to the public with seating and televisions to entertain pre-game. It also features pre-game appearances by Eagles Cheerleaders, Eagles alumni, and of course, ice cold beverages from the Miller Brewing Company family of brands. Adults under the age of 30 must show proof of age to purchase alcoholic beverages

National Anthem
The Philadelphia Eagles hold tryouts for the National Anthem each year in the spring/summer. For information on tryouts, please visit PhiladelphiaEagles.com or call the Eagles Marketing Department at 215-463-2500.

Parking
Parking areas are generally open (5) five hours prior to kick off. Reserved parking is available for Suiteholders and Club Seatholders only. In conjunction with the safety directives of the NFL, all reserved parking areas are subject to a vehicle inspection prior to an event

Payphones/TDD Phone
For your convenience, a payphone is located on the main concourse behind Section 137. This phone is equipped with TDD capabilities (Telecommunications Device for the Deaf)

Prohibited Items and Behavior
In conjunction with the National Football League and for the safety of our Guests and employees, the following are prohibited:
  • Smoking (except in designated areas)
  • Bags larger than 12 x 12 x 12
  • Alcohol
  • Animals (except service animals to aid Guests with disabilities)
  • Bottles, cans and beverage containers of any kind
  • Thermoses
  • Food not wrapped in clear plastic*
  • Hard sided coolers*
  • Umbrellas
  • Fireworks, firearms and weapons of any kind
  • Footballs
  • Laser Pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Signs or flags on sticks or poles
  • Strollers**
  • Video cameras and the use of video capable cell phones
  • Ticket scalping
  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language
  • Throwing Objects
  • Trespassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering
  • Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
  • Guests who appear to be inebriated and unmanageable will not be permitted admittance into the stadium.
  • Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the Guest being ejected, arrested or tickets being revoked. All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Violators of the rules of any State or City laws will be refused admission, asked to leave or ejected from stadium property.

    *Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or special needs.
    **Strollers must be checked at a Guest Services Center located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 or 226.


    Police Room
    The Police Room is located on the Service Level near the loading dock on the East side of the stadium. Any inquiries about someone who has been removed by police should be referred to Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226.

    Publications
    The Eagles have several publications available for purchase at Lincoln Financial Field. The official Philadelphia Eagles Media Guide is a comprehensive Eagles reference book that includes over 300 pages of facts and figures of Eagles information both past and present. The Philadelphia Eagles Yearbook, Eagles Insider, and GameDay Magazine are on sale at various merchandise stands throughout the stadium.     Radios
    Hand-held radios for personal use are allowed in the stadium as long as they are not larger than 12 x 12 x 12 and do not distract from the enjoyment of other Guests. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are encouraged.

    Radio Broadcasts
    94.1 WYSP is the official network for Eagles radio and will broadcast all sixteen (16) regular season games, all preseason games and all playoff contests. The Eagles Radio Network consists of eleven (11) stations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. All broadcasts can be accessed on the Eagles website at PhiladelphiaEagles.com. The Eagles pre-game show is broadcast live from the HeadHouse Plaza.

    Red Zone Seats
    Eagles fans within the first two rows of Sections 128 to 131 in the North end zone and Sections 109 to 112 in the South end zone are members of our Red Zone. Red Zone members enjoy access to an all-inclusive pre-game buffet before every home game. Other benefits of membership include half-time access to the Red Zone Lounge (located on Red Zone Suite level within the HeadHouse), pre-game sideline passes, a private tour of Lincoln Financial Field, and a luncheon at Training Camp.     Re-Entry
    Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. However, in case of an emergency, you may receive permission from a Gate Chief, who will permit re-entry to the stadium at the same gate. In addition, you will be required to go through the security search process for a second time. Guests who leave the stadium, without scanning a ticket out by a Gate Chief, will not be permitted to re-enter the stadium with the same ticket.

    Restrooms
    There are public restrooms (men, women and family) conveniently located throughout the stadium. All restrooms are accessible to our Guests with disabilities.

    Safe In The Seat Program
    Children and Guests can receive a free ID bracelet featuring a space to write your seat location. The Safe in the Seat Program aids in reuniting lost children and Guests with their appropriate parties. These bracelets are available at all Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226. Safe in the Seat bracelets are not valid in place of a ticket. For help with a lost child or Guest, please notify your nearest event staff member, security personnel or Guest Services Center.

    Scoreboard Messages
    Personalized messages can be displayed on the scoreboard of Lincoln Financial Field during an Eagles home game. Advance registration is required and is subject to availability. For more information, please call (215) 463-2500. Lincoln Financial Field is not able to page Guests using scoreboard messages.

    Smoking
    The City Ordinance of Philadelphia prohibits smoking in public places and workplaces, including sports facilities. At Lincoln Financial Field, smoking is PROHIBITED in ALL AREAS of the stadium. Designated smoking areas are available in the following locations.

  • HeadHouse Plaza
  • Outside the West Gate across from Section 101
  • Outside the south of the stadium across from Section 113
  • Outside each Club and Suite entry (Club & Suite Guests only)

    Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their Guests and/or persons using their tickets.

    Sovereign Bank Interactive Zone
    You are encouraged to make time before the game to test your skills, learn more about the game of football and just have a good time at the Sovereign Bank Interactive Zone. Located in the HeadHouse Plaza at Lincoln Financial Field, the Interactive Zone allows Guests to get into the game before they actually get in to the game.

    Stadium Service Providers

      APEX: Provides Event Security at Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by black polo shirts/jackets
      Aramark - Concessions: Provides food and beverage services for concessions throughout Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by green polo shirts/jackets. To contact Aramark, call (267) 570-4100.
      Aramark - Facilities: Provides cleaning services throughout Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by blue polo shirts/jackets. To contact Aramark, call (267) 570-4100.
      Central Parking System: Provides monitored parking areas in and around the surrounding lots of Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by yellow polo shirts/jackets. To contact Central Parking, call (267) 570 4054.
      Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC): Provides Event Security at Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by yellow polo shirts/jackets. To contact Contemporary Services Corporation, call (267) 570 4605.
      Levy Restaurants: Provides catered food services on the Premium levels of Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by grey suit shirts. To contact Levy Restaurants, call (267) 570 4050.
      National Event Services (NES): Provides medical services at Lincoln Financial Field. Staff members can be identified by blue NES shirts/jackets.
      Park Place Valet: Provides valet parking services in and around the Club and Suite parking lots of Lincoln Financial Field.

    Suites
    There are 172 Luxury Suites at Lincoln Financial Field. They are located in six (6) separate areas throughout the stadium:
    • 71 Lower Level Suites (34 rows off of the field on the East & West side of the stadium)
    • 10 Red Zone Suites (HeadHouse)
    • 14 Presidents Club Suites (stacked on top of the Lower Level Suites on the West side of the stadium)
    • 77 Club Level Suites (above the Club Level seating on the East & West sides of the stadium).

    Taxi Service
    Taxi cabs are available at the northeast corner of Broad Street and Pattison Avenue, directly next to the Broad Street Line subway station. Taxis are staged at this location for drop off pre-game and pick-up post-game.

    Television Broadcasts
    Preseason games will air on selected networks, local or national, depending on the game date. Eagles regular season games are controlled by the NFL's national network partners (ABC, CBS, FOX and ESPN). Check local listings for channels and times.

    Tickets
    The Eagles Ticket Office is located in the HeadHouse Lobby at the North side of the stadium, open Monday through Friday; 9am to 5pm. Hours are extended to accommodate the needs of specific events.     Ticket Policy
    We value the enthusiasm of our Guests, but ask that all Guests exercise good judgment and observe our Code of Conduct. Guests should respect the rights of others by displaying proper decorum.

    All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their Guests and persons using their tickets. Violations, by Season Ticket Holders or anyone, may result in revoked account privileges without reimbursement to the Season Ticket Holder and/or the holder of the ticket license at the discretion of the Philadelphia Eagles and Lincoln Financial Field.

    Guests are required to possess their ticket stub, at all times, once they enter the stadium. Guests must show their ticket to any stadium staff member when requested to do so. Failure to produce a valid game day ticket may result in ejection from the stadium.

    Children two (2) years of age and under do not need a ticket to enter Lincoln Financial Field.

    Ticket Replacement Policy (Lost or Stolen Tickets)
    Only the account holder of record may request and receive replacement tickets. Requests must be made in writing to the Eagles Ticket Office with proof of identification. In the case of stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be submitted. Replacement tickets will be issued at the discretion of the Eagles Ticket Office and may not be available until the day of the event. Account Holders caught fraudulently requesting replacement tickets are subject to account revocation. Fax written requests, with proof of identification, to (215) 463-4040.     Touchdown Club
    The Touchdown Club at Lincoln Financial Field has a membership of 200 ardent Eagles fans. Members of this exclusive Club have seats on the 50-yard line in Section 101. They enjoy access to an all-inclusive pre-game buffet in the Touchdown Club Tent within HeadHouse Plaza. Other benefits of membership include access to the Club Lounges, reserved parking, pre-game sideline passes, an Eagles road trip, a luncheon at Training Camp, and an invitation to an annual State of the Eagles Breakfast.     Ultimate Eagles Tailgate Party
    The Eagles Ultimate Tailgate Party takes place before each Eagles home game in the Eagles Tailgate Zone, located within the Hall of Fame Club at Citizens Bank Park. The party features a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet, unlimited beer, wine, and soft beverages, various forms of entertainment, a gift from the team, and a ticket to the Eagles game. The Eagles Ultimate Tailgate Party is perfect for entertaining clients, rewarding top-performing employees, or treating family and friends to an Eagles Football game.     VIP Will Call
    The VIP Will Call windows are located at the Chrysler Premier Club and Suites entrance and also at the SCA Club and Suites entrance. Tickets are available here for Guests with seating locations that include Club Seats, Suites, Presidents Club, Touchdown Club and the Red Zone Suites.

    Water Fountains
    There are water fountains conveniently located throughout the stadium. All fountains are accessible to our Guests with disabilities. Water fountains can be located on the concourse behind Sections 103, 118, 122, C3, C19, C24, C38, 204 and 222.

    Wheelchairs
    A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting Guests from the gates to their stadium seating location. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the game. Guests may arrange for wheelchair assistance by contacting a gate supervisor at any entrance. In addition, wheelchair transport reservations can be made, in advance, by calling the Guest Services Hotline at (267) 570-4400. Guests needing assistance after the game should contact an event staff member, security personnel or visit one of the Guest Services Centers located on the concourse behind Sections 121, 136, 206 and 226.

    Will Call
    The Will Call windows are located at the northwest side of the HeadHouse Plaza, next to the Chrysler-Jeep Gate. To claim tickets at will call, Guests must show proper identification that matches the name on the tickets. Lincoln Financial Field does not accept any responsibility for third party will call.
