Eagles-49ers

4:15 pm

The Philadelphia Eagles announced that the kickoff time for Sunday's game vs. San Francisco has been moved to 4:15 PM ET from 1:00 PM ET due to the threat of a major snowstorm in Philadelphia.

In anticipation of the storm and as a public safety concern, the change was made to accommodate fans and allow more time for city and stadium personnel to clear streets and walkways in and around the stadium.

The game will be televised on FOX as originally scheduled.

Parking lots will open to fans at 12 pm, while the stadium gates will open at 3 pm.

The Eagles are encouraging fans to consider using public transportation to Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.

The Eagles (9-4) return home, riding a four-game win streak. With teams jockeying for postseason position, this figures to be a key game for both teams. Philadelphia is 4-2 at home this season, while San Francisco has dropped six games by a touchdown or less.

Sunday's game marks
the fourth time in five years these teams have matched up. Philadelphia has won three straight in this series, including a 42-3 home win back in 2005. The game also features the return of former Eagles' Takeo Spikes and Michael Lewis.

As part of the Eagles'
annual Book and Toy Drive, fans attending the game are asked to please bring an unwrapped toy or book to help make the holiday time brighter for Philadelphians in need.

A map of the available parking can be found by clicking here.

Parking costs for lots in the sports complex are $20 for cars; $40 for oversized vehicles.
